If you need to cancel your appointment please do so 24 hours in advance. There is a 50% service charge for appointments that have not been rescheduled before the 24 hour period. Same day cancellations will be charged full prices of scheduled service.
10 minutes late: We can still make it work.
15 minutes late: You're pushing it. You're going to get a real basic blow dry.
20 minutes late: Good chance we are going to need to reschedule you.
